The Site is a directory that lists AI agencies and AI tools operating in or relevant to Australia. Listed agencies may display a "Verified" badge if they have passed our verification checks, or be marked "Unverified" if they have not yet done so.
Important: A "Verified" badge reflects that an agency has passed our specific checks (ABN confirmation, complaint history review, client reference check, and review authenticity check) as at the date of verification. It is not a guarantee, warranty, or endorsement of the quality, reliability, or future conduct of any listed agency, and it does not constitute professional advice recommending any particular agency for your needs.
3. No warranty
The Site and all information on it (including listings, verification badges, tool comparisons, and pricing information) are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that:
- Any listed agency will meet your requirements or expectations;
- Verification checks will detect every instance of misconduct, poor performance, or dishonesty by a listed agency;
- Pricing or feature information for third-party AI tools is current or accurate at the time you view it (these change frequently and are outside our control);
- The Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from:
- Your engagement with, or reliance on, any agency listed on the Site, verified or otherwise;
- Any dispute between you and a listed agency, which is a matter solely between you and that agency;
- Your reliance on any AI tool comparison, pricing, or recommendation published on the Site;
- Any inaccuracy, omission, or error in content on the Site.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited (at our option) to re-supplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.
5. Your responsibilities
If you engage a listed agency, you are responsible for conducting your own due diligence, including reviewing contracts, references, and pricing directly with that agency, before entering into any commercial arrangement. Verification on this Site is a starting point, not a substitute for your own judgment.
6. Submitting a listing
If you submit your agency for listing, you warrant that all information provided is true and accurate, and you consent to us contacting the client reference you provide for verification purposes. We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or remove any listing at our sole discretion, including where we believe information provided is false, misleading, or where an agency's conduct is inconsistent with a "Verified" status.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the Site to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
- Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Site;
- Scrape, copy, or republish listing data for a competing directory without our written permission;
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, design, branding, and the verification badge system, is owned by or licensed to AI Agencies Australia and is protected by Australian copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or republish this content without our prior written consent.
9. Third-party links and tools
The Site contains links to third-party websites and tools that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party site, including pricing information for AI tools referenced on the Site, which may change without notice.
